Spiritual Healing

In two minutes the clock will hit 3AM, and here I am, unable to sleep, enjoying the quite midnight, listening to Beethoven’s classical music, classical music has always been a great inspiration to me, it describes the indescribable, it speak a language that only the heart could understand.

Beethoven has truly inspired me, not only by his superb music, but rather in the person he was, his way of overcoming the bumpy road he had to go through, and here I quote “Beethoven handled the violin awkwardly and preferred playing his own compositions instead of improving his technique. His teacher called him hopeless as a composer “ , and in a young age  he had to replace his father financially, he was responsible of his two younger brothers, many obstacles has been in Ludwig Beethoven’s journey but still his music kept him going on and fighting to achieve his dream.

Beethoven wasn’t to give up even when he wrote his famous text at the time he started worrying about getting deaf, he expressed in the text his disgust at the unfairness of life and that he, a musician, could become deaf was something he did not want to live through, but he did live through it all, and I believe that the only thing that kept him carry on was his passion, his music is what prevented him from giving up, so even in his worst times he came up with his greatest works and one of the greatest works in history, his ninth symphony, Beethoven has turned failure into fame and success, every obstacle had only made him stronger.

I listen to Beethoven’s music and it makes me see the person I want to become, and that if you only believe in yourself, nothing in the world could stop you from reaching the top, to keep our heads up when there’s nothing to look for, to stand where it hurts the most and keep walking to our dreams even if it seems like a dead end at the moment, the rough rocks in our way could make a good bridge to the place we wish to be.
