I Will Let You Go

“Time to let go”, how easily can people say this when they know deep inside how hard it would be, letting go is never easy, whether if it’s letting go a certain way of living, letting go of a past, letting go of a dream you always had, or letting go of someone you care for, and here where it gets tough to make the right choice, you know you are supposed to let go, but how painful would that be, to find yourself in that place, where hope is no longer exists, and all that is left to do is to let go.

Letting go of someone dear is the hardest of all, especially when it’s someone who left a magnificent touch into our hearts, did we really forget? Or are we just pretending that we had? Letting go is the most difficult process which we have to go through, for it’s like giving up on something or someone we always hoped for in order to accept what life is willing to give.

But letting go doesn’t mean giving up, because it takes courage and strength for someone to let go, to be smart enough to realize that he should no longer hold on to a fantasy, time is passing us by and we are obliged to move on along with the clock ticking, and life goes on.

And always remember that things happen for a reason, for what’s gone has gone to leave space for what’s better to come, and it shall come if you had the courage to let go and walk ahead, so walk ahead and as you walk further you will know who and what to hold on to, you will understand who’s worth it and who’s not, who’s there for you and who’s not, and then you learn how to let go no matter how tough it can be, trust me you will get there.
